問：這個想法是對誰的？
答：myself
問：I 和 myself 是不是同一個人？
答：是
這句歌詞中的 myself 指回句子的主語 I：
I think to myself.
意思是：我自己心裏想。
think to myself 是一個常見的英文表達，意思是「在心裏想」，不一定把想法大聲說出來。
例如：
I thought to myself, “This is difficult.” 我心裏想：「這很困難。」
註：thought 是 think 的過去式。
B. 反身代詞的形式
1. I → myself /maɪˈself/
I 的反身代詞是 myself。
意思是「我自己」。
I taught myself English. 我自己學習英語。
2. you → yourself /jɔːˈself/
當 you 指一個人時，反身代詞是 yourself。
意思是「你自己」。
Did you hurt yourself? 你弄傷自己嗎？
3. he → himself /hɪmˈself/
he 的反身代詞是 himself。
意思是「他自己」。
He introduced himself. 他介紹自己。
4. she → herself /həˈself/
she 的反身代詞是 herself。
意思是「她自己」。
She prepared herself. 她為自己作好準備。
5. it → itself /ɪtˈself/
it 的反身代詞是 itself。
意思是「它自己」。
The door opened by itself. 門自己打開了。
6. we → ourselves /aʊəˈselvz/
we 的反身代詞是 ourselves。
意思是「我們自己」。
We enjoyed ourselves. 我們玩得很開心。

當 you 指多於一個人時，反身代詞是 yourselves。

C. 用法一：動作回到主語自己身上
例句
I washed myself. 我自己洗澡。
She hurt herself. 她弄傷了自己。
He introduced himself. 他作自我介紹。
We enjoyed ourselves. 我們玩得很開心。
They taught themselves English. 他們／她們自學英語。
當主語和受詞是同一個人時，英文通常使用反身代詞。
例如：
She hurt herself. 她弄傷了自己。
做動作的人是 she，受到動作影響的人也是同一個人，所以使用 herself。
比較：
She hurt me. 她弄傷了我。
這兩句的意思不同：
herself = 她自己；
me = 我。

D. 用法二：表示「親自」
反身代詞也可以用來強調某人親自做某件事，或沒有其他人幫助。
I made the cake myself. 這個蛋糕是我親自做的。
He repaired the bicycle himself. 那輛自行車是他親自修理的。
We painted the room ourselves. 那個房間是我們親自粉刷的。
The manager herself spoke to us. 經理親自跟我們談話。
這裏的反身代詞不一定是動作的受詞，而是用來加強語氣：
myself = 我親自
himself = 他親自
ourselves = 我們親自
herself 她親自
